      Management drives decisions alone, difficult to be heard and own opinions do not feel like it matters.

      Good exposure to AML - But outdated product and services Accuity purchase new companies, but never invest in developing the technology

      Cons

      The firm is very political with people meeting target being let go and people missing target staying on. The technology they have is very old and they only white label the data they sell. Very large turn over each year Zero investment into product development
