      Good Work Life Balance, great working environment - people are friendly and helpful.

      Cons

      Salaries are 10-15% below that of other financial companies. Very Sales orientated, so other departments tend to be over-looked - no financial incentives/bonus.

      Pros

      Its a general shift with good package , but the work load is extensive though you fell that but still enjoy working the team however it depends your manager, one thing can't be said is that you wouldn't be able to say that you have accomplished the work, even you go home u will have some work since u will be given a laptop.

      Great company to work for until you are made redundant

      Good salary, benefits, innovation.nice colleagues.

      Cons

      When you are made redundant you have to go though there are other internal jobs that suit you. A lot of high skilled young people are being hired who leave within short period of time. Peolple who have worked there for a long time are being dumped.
