      Pros

      Accuity is a fast growing company. It needs people that are willing to meet their commitments. There is a great career path for those that show they have the intelligence and work ethic to succeed.

      Cons

      Accountability is important at Accuity. If you want a 9 to 5 work place this is not the place for you. Accuity does not tend to hire middle aged people.
