      Pros

      It is a great place to work. It has been 6.5 years, I am associated with Elsevier and there has been abundant learning in the last 6.5 years. It is an employee driven organization that focuses on employee satisfaction. It is a great company to work with. I am proud to be a part of RELX.

      Cons

      The training programs that is handled with the in house employees 'Train the trainer' is not really working well, Generally all employees do not imbibe the learning from someone whom they know well. Especially soft skills.

      Pros

      Accuity is a company you can grow old with. I am living proof. At Accuity you will find a growing company, an open door policy with upper management and plenty of opportunity to make a name for yourself. Requirements for success: Work hard and go above and beyond what is required of you. Be patient and good things will come.

      Cons

      Nothing I would consider worth mentioning outside of the normal pains experienced by a rapidly growing company.

      - Very serious company: slow, but consistent growth - Adaptability to new world (ex - print to digital move) - Don't press for quick results. Focused on long-term growth. - Independence for employees to grow and develop new projects

      Cons

      - Slow-paced environment, which can sometimes be boring - Challenges with internal communication. There are too many companies and businesses under the umbrella group, which feels disorganized at times. - Difficulty in prioritizing
