      Central location in Holborn, some great colleagues, good working hours and vacation days

      Cons

      Some managers work in the company since their graduation and do not see beyond Accuity: micro-management, control, extensive training instead of being in front of a client are all but wrong techniques to manage people. It's better to be born in Accuity to succeed in Accuity. Novelty is not welcome. Sales pitch is a key to success, even on product-oriented roles.

It helps scientists make new discoveries, doctors save lives, lawyers win cases and police catch criminals. It's successful, innovative, with quality products making a difference for society. It's also an outstanding employer.

      A few parts of the organisation are still struggling to generate significant top-line growth, which makes for a challenging environment.
