      High paying salary. Free coffee and juice at the pantry. Lunch break is included to your 8hr shift.

      Could play pickup soccer at lunch. Incredible flexibility

      Awful management - no interest in improving products or poor employee survey scores. No job security. Disrespectful to Dayton based IT employees where pay was actually cut
