      Pros

      I was a fresh grad when I entered. Most of what I know and practice, I learned from this company. They offer good benefits as well. I love that they give classroom type and online trainings for everyone.

      Cons

      Being part of the Support group, there's not much work-life balance for us.

      Its a general shift with good package , but the work load is extensive though you fell that but still enjoy working the team however it depends your manager, one thing can't be said is that you wouldn't be able to say that you have accomplished the work, even you go home u will have some work since u will be given a laptop.
