      A place to make mistakes and move on

      Pros

      - Everyone is so stretched thin they aren't noticing what you are delivering. As such if you want to hit the ball out of the park you can safely do so, and even if you make a mistake no one has the time or care to reprimand you. Great to learn from and move on. - Products are well known in the market so you are seen to be aligned to a good 'brand'

      Cons

      - (Similar to above) Everyone is so stretched thin they aren't noticing what you are delivering. This means that recognition is hard to get. - There is absolutely no care for people development. - Talent acquisition and retention is non-existent - They value cost savings over quality service delivery

      Pros

      Great working environment and team members that were helpful and always available when assistance was needed. Room for growth and moving up within the company is great.

      Cons

      Some teams were too large and having your voice heard during certain meetings was a little difficult when changes or updates were made or needed.
