      Pros

      Company is willing to invest in training. Financially sound company with good technical staff. Some good names as customers in the US and Europe.

      Cons

      Products not moving with the times. Slow in product development and integration. Look and feel of products is not good. Price increases hurting existing business.

      Learnt a lot but only through my own research

      Cons

      very low pay; disregard for anyone outside sales; no training, no opportunities for career progression; very political environment, only people who gossip and befriend the management during after-hours drinks are well seen and promoted...don't waste your time here, it would be a huge dissapointment
