no stress, 100% work from home job, easy work, great work/life balance

Cons

realizing that this company doesnt reward you with higher salary/bonus at performance time if you work extremely hard , and other colleagues agree. Terrible employee engagement - there is NONE on our team. Very siloed in our jobs, rarely ever collaborate with others on our team. No virtual engagement activities or employee engagement team to facilitate such events.
