      Pros

      Fantastic journey from good to great of a fast growing, global business as part of a large corporation. Feels entrepreneurial while at the same time benefits from a strong corporate structure. Great people. Great leaders. Great results.

      Cons

      Growing pains provide challenges, so definitely requires appropriate levels of drive and resilience. Health Care benefits could be improved a bit for employees in particular in the US.

      Good place to learn. Has a diverse set of needs and issues that new thinking can help solve.

      Cons

      Increases after initial hire are very low. Pays below market for most positions. Few, if any, females in key management spots.
