Pros
Great people, both managers and teammates. Good exposure to and access to data makes data-driven decision-making actual. Lots of things happen that people get involved in - it's not just work. I was impressed by the number of long-time (10+ years) employees they have. People stick around for a reason. Cutting-edge tech and strategies - you work on the cool stuff if you're a bit nerdy about your job.
Cons
It's a big org so coming from startup life it's very different. Very process-driven. It can be slow or fast and the change is quick. But there is a lot of understanding for newer people as everyone gets there is a lot to learn.
