      Pros

      Diversity and inclusion is huge at Relx. The people at the company are extremely supportive and always push to you to do your best.

      Cons

      At the subsidiary I work in, the structure is quite complex as a new joiner, and it takes quite some time to get your head around the operations of the subsidiary.

      I have to say I’ve had such a pleasant and enjoyable experience since applying for the role at RELX through to the current day. The recruiter was so warm and friendly from my initial call with her and I instantly knew it was somewhere I wanted to work. I joined during the pandemic, and my colleagues have made me feel so welcome albeit virtually and my manager has been so kind, caring and professional. I can definitely see myself working here for years to come and enjoy the fast paced nature of the role.

      Cons

      Not being able to meet my colleagues yet face to face, however that’s due to the pandemic rather than RELX - so no cons!
