Recognition for hard work is little to none. Communication from head offices and other offices was not good. Atmosphere tended to be very negative. Pay is low compared to standard. No opportunity for growth. You are required to do the role before getting the pay for it, and then when you prove yourself they will come up with another reason to avoid promotion.
