Pros
Colleagues are great, it feels like a community. The work can often be interesting.
Cons
Sometimes can feel expoited by RSA, informal messages from managers like "all summer vacations are cancelled" are fairly typical. Investment group STG are dismantling RSA, STG employees can be waspish, maybe not in it for the long haul? Right now medium term job prospects aren't great. Some on the ELT seem to be losing their mojo since STG came on board.
