      Pros

      This company has a great inclusive/ community culture. Many people at the company care about customer success and doing the right thing by the customer and the employees. In addition, as part of EMC, they offer fantastic health and retirement benefits!

      Cons

      Like most large and/ or well-established companies, there's no shortage of bureaucracy. And, while the company seems to be in a constant state of change, it can be challenging to move fast enough to stay competitive in the market.

      The people are very smart and helpful. I enjoyed my time there. I learned a lot about software and product development.

      Cons

      They should conduct more training sessions for new people straight out of college. This will help them get up to speed with the technologies they will be working with.
