      Pros

      I love the people I work with, EMC provides an unbelievable amount of training resources to learn/polish skills, RSA is putting all of its resources into solving (in my mind) the right security problems out there today. I can't talk enough about how good the training is for pre-sales engineers.

      Cons

      Turnover and inconsistent performance highlight a tough transition to RSA 2.0 that is still in progress. I think we'll get there, but there's more work ahead.

      Indian COE is usually stagnant. Technical career path is limited and management path is typically rife with politics

      Great People, Company in Transition

      Pros

      People are (generally) great, and the benefits are excellent. The 'RSA 2.0' vision is sound, is right for the company.

      Cons

      Transition to 'RSA 2.0' under Amit's leadership has led to a lot of turnover. Results are TBD as of right now.
