      - Remote job - Good for internship

      Cons

      - No work life balance. Had to work on weekends without overtime benefits. - No hike for 2 years - No flexibility to take leaves, we could be asked to withdraw leaves even if applied in advance. - Heavy workload, had to stretch and work for 12-15 hours on some days - Lot of micromanagement on assigned tasks

      Pros

      Very vast product so you get to spend much more into the product and learn a lot. The work culture is good which gives you a comfort of working at your own pace even, and you can easily stay here for longer terms or for at least 5-6 years without any problems

      Cons

      The salary is definitely lesser than many other companies, few management folks are annoying but this we will get everywhere.
