RSM Canada is growing rapidly.

Cons

The growth and transition to RSM standards are managed poorly. From top to bottom, nobody knows what changes are coming up and all changes are so last minute and chaotic, adding so much stress to everybody.

It's a job and an income.

Cons

Working at RSM is depressing. Leadership thinks they are "caring, curious, collaborative, courageous, critical thinkers..." but most of them can barely define any of those words let alone embody them. The weakness of leadership truly comes forth within the marketing organization - or should I say disorganization. The leadership within marketing only cares about themselves and not once in my tenure at RSM has anyone of them done anything to support or elevate me or my team. Have a great new idea? Keep it to yourself, they don't want to hear anything that doesn't come from their own leadership team.
