      The board and upper management are cold and only see numbers not people. Don’t expect to stay here long. Don’t kill yourself to work here. They will still fire you. Get by, get paid, have a back up plan.

      Lot's of red tape as organization continues to grow. A bit less of a boys club than it has been in years past but you either fit in or you don't and you know pretty quickly.
