      - Small team which promotes the growth of favoritism and office politics, especially among some senior associates and managers from the local office - You will work a lot if you are competent, but you are less likely to get promoted if your team is small and values favoritism. - Some manager from the local office are not quite competent, they like to shift the blame to the associate and make them the scapegoat for their own fault and failure. The partner might be aware of things happened but will cover for the manager instead.
