      Great people, solid pay, good office space

      Cons

      Actual workpapers can get confusing as there are no workpaper references within the primary excel so you dont know where numbers are coming from 25% of the time. Organization of clients documents is all over the place in a folder. They have codes for the documents but not how they translate to the return so you have to click several documents to find what you need. You will continue to work 50-60 hours post busy season especially since several people were laid off with several more quitting afterwards.
