      Pros

      Not many great things outside of the benefits. Although much of those things have changed since layoffs

      Half of the managers for their service teams are completely unnecessary and fall under middle management troupes. New managers spy, harass, and threaten employees to keep them "loyal". Most do not say anything in fear of retaliation, others find ways out of the department into havens. When they say to collaborate with people, dont, just pray that you make grace with the tyrannical managers they have. Anything that looks like pushing the company forward is taken as a threat or challenge to what "middle management" sees for the company.
