      - Great team culture and opportunities such as meeting clients/domestic travel and given ownership of work early. - supportive upper management willing to promote when ready - firm overall has a good culture and experiencing great growth trajectory last few years. - hours stable and reasonable with a bit more required during busy periods like end of financial year.

      Cons

      - Pay is relatively lower then a lot of similar opportunities but it balances out in teams like R&D where can be promoted quickly - trade off between lower starting salary vs better opportunities for progress, promotions and growth
