Maybe helpful if you're in your early 20s? But don't stay too long.
Cons
Where do I begin. Worst manager of all time (director level). Do not live company values. Subpar, nominal mentorship and environment for virtual collaboration. C-Suite are nice people. Both junior and senior level directors are a massive disappointment. Horrific work-life balance. Minimal i/a career advancement opportunities. Underperforming and inefficient collaboration, particularly around tooling and team-building. Frantic resourcing. Poor strategy...The list goes on and on.
