      Pros

      Compared to big 4 firms, McGladrey has less bureaucratic processes to go through. Smaller clients and you get to know your client on a more personal basis.

      Cons

      Not a great place to learn and expand your skills. The developing of skills and employees is not part of the culture.

      Atlanta is a small office that will grow. You get to work on small teams and learn the audit process from beginning to end.

      Cons

      The turn over in the office is very high even for public accounting. Management is very set in their ways and will take any work that is thrown their way.
