      Pros

      Large company feel, focused on the middle market. Great leaders who genuinely care about your career development. A growing company with lots of opportunity to move up within the firm. Company is focused on recruiting and retaining top-talent; if a high-performing employee is unhappy, firm would rather move them to another practice/location than lose them.

      Cons

      Performance feedback system is somewhat flawed/inconsistent. Limited training tools and offices/regions tend to operate independently as the firm continues to grow through acquisition.
