Pros

The people are great and you will learn a lot from each engagement. In the summer you will have some down time to recoup from busy season. If you need a flex schedule they are more than willing to accommodate. The raises are a decent % however, the work load just gets harder.

Cons

Personal growth can be a challenge if you don't get into the "A Team" your first busy season or if you rub a certain partner the wrong way it can destroy your career at McGladrey. Some people are outgoing and will teach/help you with something even if your not working on their client but most are too overwhelmed with their own work and would rather just finish your work for you.
