      Pros

      There are plenty of opportunities to move up in the company, and there are plenty fo projects to be a part of to expand your knowledge of the IT field.

      Cons

      Senior management has no idea what it takes to complete the day to day tasks. They strictly just look at metrics when evaluating you and at times it feels like we are underappreciated.

      Professional, nice colleagues, good salary, great total rewards package, best 401(k) in public accounting.

      Cons

      Office culture did not fit my personal beliefs (very religious and political); profit motivated versus keeping realistic expectations for employees; mandatory Saturdays even if you were already at 55+ or there was nothing to do; minimal work-life balance.
