      Work life flexibility Good compensation, but benefits are nothing special since the reorganization Co-workers were nice people

      Each office location is managed differently...no cohesion. Upper management is not held accountable for properly managing their people and resources, so your odds of being treated fairly and receiving agood performance rating are dependent on how much you kiss up to the upper eschalon. Hard work and exceptional results do not get recognized. HR is a joke. They do not offer any advocacy to the employees. Antiquated technology! Tough to be efficient without proper tools in place.

      The summer is usually pretty relaxed as long as you can stand up for yourself.

      Cons

      I was asked during my interview if I wanted to travel. I said no. I was sent out of town for 4 weeks in a row during busy season. I spoke with all the partners in our office, and each of them said it would not happen again. Well it did. They don't seem to care who you are or what you want, you're just a source of revenue.
