      Pros

      Encourages entrepreneurial spirit. You get to work with a lot of different technologies.

      Cons

      The expectation is that you work normal hours during the day and continue working when you are at home at night. Goals are based on a 50 hour work week minimum.

      Pros

      Flexible time off, upward mobility and promotions, culture is a huge part of the company which is overwhelmingly positive

      Cons

      Not standardized across the firm like Big 4, but working towards the same methodologies and structure. Unclear expectations at times because they can feel like management is still figuring it out.
