      Pros

      Getting better all the time - the company is interested in developing its professionals. Management has been good about showing their appreciation for effort and talent.

      Cons

      Same downsides as any public accounting job; long hours, etc. If you aren't interested in working hard then public accounting isn't right for you anyway.

      Pros

      Work life balance is the best Pro they have-but be warned- you will be so busy 10 1/2 months of the year you better make sure you get your balance in during the remaining 1 1/2 months.

      Cons

      They say they will give you the tools to succeed but they dont really mean it. Also some partners dont mind telling you who their favorites are, so watch out if your not on that list!

      Pros

      COmpensation was good, loved the people and work was interesting enough. Office was nice and management was respectfull.

      Cons

      Did not hire me for a job I was qualified to do. Arrogance is rampid in the firm to the point it is almost comical.
