-Poor wage structure, almost insulting to a point -Unclear vision for the company, never really solidified where they were, or wanted, to go

This company has the resources similar to the Big Four accounting firms but yet has the feel of a smaller accounting firm. You'll get to work on numerous audit engagements and won't be stuck on one for the entire year.

Cons

The salary and bonuses are below the Big Four's compensation package. The training program could be a little more robust.

fair salaries & benes, great experience for acct professionals

Cons

the firm consistently reorganizes WAY too often.....regions, sectors, reporting structures, objectives.....some great technicians & wonderful people .....but the reorgs & lack of accountabilty for those rainwakers who aren't always the most professional can create a negative environment for the good guys.
