      Pros

      Good atmosphere, friendly vibe, and good benefits. Not being an accountant made it somewhat difficult to relate to co-workers, but overall my experience was decent. I felt appreciated most of the time.

      Cons

      Upper management could have been more open about company changes.

      Pros

      Colleagues were dedicated, kind and genuine. The culture was conservative, cautious and traditional. Several opportunities for training and development.

      Cons

      In order to raise profits consultant's bill rates were excessively and frequently increased. This affected employee morale. The ever-increasing unreasonable expectations meant that it became harder and harder to perform well. The rising bill rates often translated to clients either downgrading their projects, or hiring other firms. Hopefully bill rates have become more reasonable since 2009.
