Pros
Most people were nice and the office environment overall was pleasant.
Cons
Everyone seems to be a 'Director' or 'Marketing Manager' - yet not one of them performs at their level. Unbelievable lack of communication, process and transparency. If you know more than the person/s you report to (odds are you WILL) - don't bother to share or eventually you'll find yourself gone. There are two kinds of managers: Those that value a team member and those who feel threatened by them. McGladrey harbors the latter.
