      good people that seem to care about you and your advancement in your career. Good opportunities for jobs with clients

      long hours, very little downtime. layoffs in 2009 made it stressful. they give flexible work options to too many people and the rest have to make up for it.

      I have worked at McGladrey for 5+ years. In total M&P has been a great place to work if you are willing to work hard. You also have to be willing to be challenged.

      Cons

      Like any public accounting firm, the more you work the more they make. So inherently when your selling hours, you need to work more then your non-public people.
