Pros

Nothing postive during my tenure there. The saving grace might be the good colleagues i have when i was attached out.

Cons

- Low pay - Promotion increment is pathetic. - Poor communication across the board, especially so between the HR and the so called line managers. - No guaranteed 13th month bonus, even though the firm is doing well based on their accounts - Forced to attend their quarterly meetings on weekends to brainwash you on how "badly" the firm is doing so there is no need to pay bonus to staff In short, just reject any offers from them.

Pros

There are some great people; friendly, helpful, talented. Reward program is a nice way to earn a little extra.

Cons

ICS employees in general are not highly respected. Pay increases and bonuses for ECS employees are double or triple the bonus received as an internal resource. The office space outside of the front meeting rooms is basically right out of a 1970's government office - dirty and dated. RSM prides itself on flexible work options, but this practice varies by manager or department, my manager allowed no flexible options. There's a culture of fear to do something differently, so get used to learning the way things have always been done and sticking to it. Don't think outside the box or look for new solutions here.

Pros

Great local talent in the Mpls office.

Cons

Typical command and control culture. Iowa based leadership has no sensitivity to local markets and arrogantly assumes that if it works in IA, it'll work everywhere. Leadership is abusive and profoundly disrespectful to support staff. RSM acts like the 900Lbs gorilla in the room, that may be the case IA, but in Mpls that attitude doesn't mesh with local business culture. Fundamentally the worst company I've ever worked for.
