Has transitioned to a more lively modern firm and workplace. Removal of previous senior leadership and an end to board level in fighting helped progression.

Cons

Little diversity in senior leadership, few women and even less people of colour and no real appetite to address it. Unwilling to address systemic toxic senior leaders, and overly aggressive bullying culture
