1. The quality of work is not good. There is no learning the type of work is very transactional they mention in the job description that you will be working on US GAAP standards and all but it's just the managed services and nothing near to these standards. They will put you into finance and accounts outsourcing and FaaS. 2. The directors are focused on everything other than their own team, 3. More focus is given to the return to office policies as compared to your outstanding feedback from the managers and the rest of the team. 4. If you want to get stuck in a loop of work where there is no learning and transactional work RSM USI is the best place.

the pay is awfully low. they pride themselves on being a premium company and constantly how much profits are being rolled in but they pay exceptionally low. the treatment of people team members is awful. constant dumping of work loads on the red role people without any incentive or pay increase. Management within the people team is absolutely disgusting, there is no professionalism anywhere. the Leads are the worst managers ever, no element of human in them. they are so bored they micro manage - they never get pulled up on their bad behaviours, the reds get targeted instead. Leads never hold themselves accountable for their actions or decisions - they actively throw the reds under the bus .
