      Pros

      + Fast-paced learning environment + Great for networking with clients + Promotions about every two years at lower levels

      Cons

      - No sense of community, very little activity in ENGs - Various departments have no idea who others are, not enough engaging social events for the size of the (Chicago) office in relation to other city offices - Rarely at the office, very difficult to drive to clients if you live in the city limits

      Pros

      Depending on the group the environment is different. Used to be an open door policy place, not much longer. The good thing was that you were getting training specific to the industry. Decent benefits.

      Cons

      For the past three years the environment changed to the worst. As more & more big 4 top management was hired, the place became colder & not as friendly. Can't say for the firm in general, but definitely New York office. Staff people were praised much more than managers & senior managers.
