There is a culture of bullying and gaslighting by certain senior individuals who are protected by HR and will tell bare faced lies about performance. Some of the “nice” people will stab you in the back at a moments notice and are very two faced about it.

My experience was disappointing and I know several other people who would say the same. There is toxic culture and an open culture of work place bullying and hostility. It is also the norm to throw colleagues under the bus, even if that means creating false information. I experienced inappropriate behaviour from an assistant manager that was deemed funny and laughed off. More than one person brought up favouritism in relation to appraisals to HR, to which HR were defensive and said there is no favouritism. Senior management and directors have said they notice the office to be “cliquey” and state they want to fix the issue, but don’t actually do anything. Work-life balance is none existent.
