Thank you for your feedback, I am particular pleased that you have mentioned the friendliness of the staff at RSM as I do think that we have a very strong team of people that work well together in the faculty. We have a mix of clients within Risk which reflects the history of the practice. As the practice used to be primarily public sector focused we do have a large number of public sector clients albeit across a wide range of sub-sectors including Housing, Museums and Galleries, Healthcare, Education and Central Government as well as international bodies such as the UN, World Bank and IMF. Importantly, we also have teams that specialise in corporate clients and in financial services work. Both of these teams are growing rapidly with more growth forecast; as indeed is our corporate sector-facing technology team. Salaries are benchmarked against our competitor firms on an annual basis and salary increases are based on performance in role.
