      Pays well. Good environment. Gives you the tools you need to performe Your job. IT is a huge company but you have the possibility to Expose Your self with the leadership team. Recognises very well the talents.

      Cons

      You need to be politic with others. Your own results are not enough. If you are not a talent, so you don't have opportunity to grow.
