Pros

The best thing of working there is the fellowship of partners and teammates working. I love the ideas of new businesses ideas in transforming energy for diverse industries and providing energy to all businesses in all it forms.

Cons

The cons could be that as being a group outside of global shell you are not allowed to ask for a international transfer outside Brazil. And usually management teams are workers for over +20 years

Excellent growth opportunity with a growing business expanding in many fronts.

Cons

Many processes are not yet defined and need to be established. This ends up creating confusion in the responsibilities and KPIs.
