      Pros

      Might be good for a first time temporary employment, or if you're not settled in the region yet or if you are French. Major client of Ausy in Sophia Antipolis is Amadeus, which is an international company. You can use Ausy to get employed by Amadeus after a couple of years contractor-ship.

      Cons

      They let you work as a contractor (mainly at Amadeus) with a relatively low salary and no bonuses. Truly French company with all its pros and cons (relaxed and stress free but very unprofessional environment).

      Pros

      Can learn Bad Politics if interested. Both Metro and Bus transport are available to reach office ( Parking is not available within office for all the employee's)

      Cons

      Very Bad professionalism No Projects No Ethics No Good Technical Resources around No Potential Clients Office is open and running only because Managing Director is good with France team and making money in Bad ways. India Ausy Organization is personally used in all the ways possible and entire family and friends of him are getting benefited. Showcasing a White-Collar job, truth is its worst than the maximum one can imagine. Questioning against these mean activities lead to suspension of potential employee from other geographical part of India.

      Pros

      I worked as trainee here, Nothing good about this company, people say that there is a wrong way to enter this company.

      Cons

      Very bad and selfish management, Not even single good project, hire and fire policy, change things according to personnel need, all driven by one person's interest (CEO of bangalore) , manager are just followers of Head, they don't have self respect. no work lots of shouting. you will hear all bad language used by head. very rude to people.
