Schedule flexibility and remote flexibility especially if you are a top performer (Though recently requiring hybrid 3x a week)
Cons
Lack of culture. Lack of team. Feeedback not taken seriously. Business processes not equal for all recruiters. Endless executive changes, experimental CRMs, transformations that have been unsuccessful and poorly communicated.
