There is nothing in this company which is good.
Cons
If they are hiring you for Walmart project then don't join. You will be asked to work from Walmart office only. They have very short duration for contract(3 months). Anytime they can ask you to leave. Randstad will also not allow you to be on bench and you will be immediately released from company. No job security at all not even for 1 single year. Randstad manger is also pathetic doesn't know how to handle these things and won't provide any support when you will be in trouble. You will not be allowed to take leave even though you have it in your account.
