1. HR's exist just for name sake. They are not approachable and don't bother to respond to your emails. However they expect you to respond within timelines they set. 2. Only system that works well is attendance tracking. Important emails are lost within these emails. 3. Come late and you won't even get place to park your vehicle especially 2 wheelers. No cabs or shuttle provided. 4. No proper cafeteria. It's a big negative . You are completely dependent on outside food or home food (,if you can cook ) 5. Everything needs approval and it's slow due to legacy systems. 6. It feels like BPO when you're inside. You may or may not like it depending on where you worked before.
