      Pros

      I worked at Randstad for 8 years and had a rewarding experience overall. I started in an operational support role and progressed to a team leader position in a customer service operation for internet and IPTV services. The work culture was collaborative and balanced, with strong support for growth and skill development. Randstad promotes internal talent and values commitment. I found local management to be approachable and supportive, particularly in times of transition or challenge.

      Cons

      While career progression is possible, salary increases don’t always align with the level of responsibility. Communication between technical and operational teams could be improved, especially during periods of change or rollout of new systems.
