      Pros

      Randstad HK is an amazing place to work. The team is like a big family and everyone supports each other. This get's enforced by management who take highly to this open culture. There's a lot of trust as well, so you are not on a short leash or being micromanaged. There are of course KPI's, but these will be tailored to every consultant individually. I have not seen a sales environment like Randstad before; it's all about smashing the targets for the Q, but in a supportive way.

      Pros

      Lot of focus on employee training and growth. Good incentives and feedback. Good place to work in, if recruitment is what you are interested in

      Cons

      No opportunities for cross-functional move. The work can get stagnant as a result. Skill development stops at some point
